It outlines user analysis, task analysis, and some derived design requirements based on user observations. Our Target Users Freelancers often rely on public spaces as alternative workplaces, and the library becomes one of the most suitable options due to its quiet environment and free access to resources. They frequently make use of study rooms and discussion rooms for client meetings, virtual calls or focused work sessions. In addition, freelancers may refer to books, journals or other library materials to support their professional tasks. They value efficiency, quick access to information and a smooth facility booking process.
